Memory Boosting Protocol

Background
Everybody wants better memory and with this protocol you will increase your recall and your overall cognitive function tremendously! Here is one of my many protocols for boosting Memory!
Protocol
Lifestyle: This protocol should be paired with high quality sleep, a high quality diet, and exercise! If you do not do those things it will not work!
Compounds
- Start with 10mg Dihexa For 7 days followed by a maintenance dosage of 10mg 3 times per week
- 300mcg of Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide Pre Bed
- 30mg Noopept in morning upon waking
- 100-200 mg Phenylpiracetam (can also use regular racetam)
- 200 mcg Huperzine A pre bed another 200mcg in the morning
- 600mg Ginkgo Biloba (dosing may change if you are using an extract
- 1g CDP Choline

Conclusion
This is a pretty elite protocol for guys looking to boost memory again. I can not stress this enough. This protocol is amazing for memory, but there are tons of other great compounds that can be used!!!

This is an amazings stack for both your physical and mental energy. You will like a kid again bouncing off the walls with all the clean energy in your system. There is definitely more that can be added but for me this is such a perfect stack you can run even just half of it and have amazing results

Okay everybody wants unlimited energy, with this protocol you will have unlimited energy. Remember energy and motivation and drive are different. Typically though, more motivation will come with more energy! This stack focuses heavily on boosting mitochondrial function
Compounds
As I ALWAYS SAY!! Sleep, diet, and exercise must be done in order to have good energy if you do not sleep this protocol simply will not work, now let’s get into the compounds
- 300 mcg Epithalon pinned an hour before bed (this won’t give you energy but you feel so well rested after using it almost 0 grogginess in the morning after)
- 100mg NAD+ or 100mg 5-AMINO-1MQ if you do not want to inject
- 250mcg SLU-PP-332
- 3-5mg of MOTS-C pinned 2-3 times per week
- Glutathione IV drip or 200mg of Glutathione pinned once per week
- 5mg Methylene Blue
- 30mg of SR-9009 injected or used topically
- 100 mg Ubiqional
- 20mg PQQ
